Delinquent Day 3: 652.6 miles, 4 dead deer, no children left behind
We woke up in Chicago, drove through Illinois, Iowa and part of Nebraska. The third day of the road trip had us hitting a city at 4:45 for the third day in a row. Thankfully it was Omaha on a Saturday. We hit our first 75mph speed limit, had a crazy rainstorm downpour outside Cedar Rapids, and had "ice cream" in Atlantic, Iowa (it was from McDonald's so I'm not sure if it counts.) After 10+ hours we arrived safely in Kearney, Nebraska in time for bed and a lovely sunset.
The kids invented the game "Foot Phone"
